How do bookings work? Everything starts with a Meet & Greet! Once we’ve met you and your pet, you can book any of our services through our simple scheduling process.
Can I meet the caregiver first? Absolutely. We offer a Meet & Greet for all new clients to ensure your pet is comfortable and you feel confident in our care.
What is a "Pupdate"? It’s our signature check-in! After every visit or walk, you’ll receive a photo and a brief summary of how your pet did, giving you total peace of mind while you’re away.
